Located on a lively street with shops and restaurants, close to the beach and Budva old town. Clean and well-maintained facilities with a cozy outdoor seating area. Conveniently close to the bus station and a supermarket. Helpful and responsive staff available 24/7. Great value for money.

The location of the hotel was great, with shops and restaurants nearby. It was also conveniently close to the town center, which was only a 15-minute walk away. I found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was equipped with basic utensils, allowing me to prepare simple meals. I really appreciated the free parking provided in the hotel's courtyard, as it was difficult to find parking on the narrow streets.

One minor issue was that each double bed only had one large blanket, which meant that if you prefer having a blanket for each person, it would be best to request it in advance.

The location of the apartments was excellent, with easy access to the bus station, the center of Budva, and the beach. The proximity to various restaurants and bars allowed for a vibrant atmosphere and plenty of options for dining and entertainment. Additionally, the parking lot provided a convenient facility for guests traveling by car.

Some previous guests had mentioned instances of noise disturbance from neighboring rooms, which might be disruptive for light sleepers.

the room with terrace for 3 people was spacious and well-equipped. the kitchenette had everything needed to prepare meals, including a dishwashing liquid. the bathroom was modern with a spacious shower area. the room had reliable internet and a TV with many channels. There was also a table with seating and ample storage space for clothes. the mini garden in the backyard was a lovely feature, and the clothes line was handy for drying towels. the location of the apartment was excellent, with the bus station and the beach just a short walk away. There were plenty of restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets nearby. Cons: No 🙁.

Great Location and Ample Amenities

We were pleasantly surprised by Apartments Fortunella in Budva. The location was fantastic, with an abundance of restaurants and bars just steps away. It was also within walking distance to the beach and the charming old town. The apartment itself had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette and comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, surrounded by well-maintained grape and kiwi trees. Despite its central location, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The presence of a parking place was also a huge plus, as we didn't have to worry about leaving our car in the street. we had mostly positive memories of our stay at Apartments Fortunella and would recommend it to others.
